Position name: Field Quality Control Engineer
Job Description:
I. Find factories which can correspond the new tender;
II. Check and ensure the quality of current orders in China;
III. Check and modify the manuals (if it is needed);
IV. Check designs and give suggestions on orders and OEM products;
V. Communicate with the engineers to make sure that they understand the requirements well;
VI. Find the potential suitable factories which want to cooperate with DL to enter into international market, and then write the investigating report.
VII. Gather educational manufacture information;
VIII. Communicate with suppliers to deal with after-sale service;
IX. Find appropriate product of De Lorenzo, translate associated documents, make the proposal.
X. Be in charge of De Lorenzo product ICT (Installation, Commission and Training) activities in China and Southeast Asia.
XI. Be familiar with OEM products from China and do training for De Lorenzo engineers.
Requirements:
I. Working language: English
II. With perfect responsibility
III. With good knowledge of Electronics or Electrical or automation or automobile and other associated fields.
IV. With basic mechanical structure knowledge
V. With master or PHD degree
VI. Fluent English skills at oral, reading and writing
VII. Be capable of finding potential quality defects of didactic trainers
VIII. Be good at word, excel, presentation and coredraw or PS.
IX. Be available for two weeks business trip. Be available for going aboard for training
X. With good health status

职位描述：
1. 根据询单中产品负责查找相应的工厂，响应询单，完成报价
2. 负责订单的产品质量控制，订单产品的现场质量检查
3. 负责订单产品的手册质量，必要的话修改产品手册
4. 负责与承接订单的工厂的工程师进行指导和沟通，确保工厂理解产品要求
5. 负责检查订单或者OEM产品的设计，并根据质量要求和合同要求指导工厂改进
6. 为公司寻找潜在合作伙伴，并撰写调查报告
7. 负责收集国内，国外教仪市场产品信息，形成报告
8. 负责联系工厂，完成产品的售后服务
9. 调研国内教仪产品发展方向，为公司提供扩充产品线的建议，形成提案
10. 负责公司东南亚和国内客户产品的安装交付培训工作
11. 负责国内订单产品和OEM产品对公司海外工程师的培训。
要求：
1. 责任心强
2. 至少熟悉电子，电工，自动化，汽车或者其他相关领域中某一领域知识
3. 对机械结构有基本了解
4. 硕士或博士学位，学士学位优秀者也可
5. 熟练的听说读写英语水平，能独立完成英文报告
6. 能够发现潜在质量缺陷
7. 熟练使用word, excel, ppt, coredraw 或PS.
8. 能够接受2周以内的出差，能够接受两周以内的国际商务旅行
